We offer our boarding facility for our clients. To prevent the spread of infectious diseases and parasites, we do require all hospitalized patients to be current on all vaccines and be free of internal and external parasites. All boarding reservations should be scheduled in advance of your arrival. Sometimes we will be filled to our capacity and not able to accept any more guests. Any vacations planned around a Holiday or in the summer when school is out should be made as far in advance as possible. We also realize that sometimes plans change. In order to be fair to all our clients and their patients and to avoid unnecessary charges, please abide by our new boarding cancellation policy. This will enable us to allow another client to occupy that space. All reservations during Holidays and Peak Season will require a minimum of 3 business days notice to cancel the stay or change the arrival or departure dates. Cancellations or changes in arrival and/or departure dates made without this notice will be billed for the full amount of days (per pet) reserved at the time the appointment was scheduled. In addition No-shows will be charged for the entire original reservation (per pet). For all non-Holiday and Peak Season reservations, cancellations must be done no later than 2 days prior to your arrival or regrettably we must assess a 2 (two) night boarding charge for all pets that have a reservation. |
