Summer Walker

Dr. Summer Walker is originally from McComb, Mississippi. She completed her undergraduate degree in 2006 at Mississippi State University. She then went on to complete a Masters of Science in Veterinary Medical Science (interest in public health and food safety), and a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree, both at Mississippi State University College of Veterinary Medicine, in 2012. She moved to Florida in 2012 to complete a rotating small animal internship at Affiliated Veterinary Specialists in Maitland, Florida. She joined the Seminole Trail Animal Hospital staff in 2013 as an associate veterinarian. Her primary interests include internal medicine and dentistry. When not at work Dr Walker enjoys spending time with her family either at the baseball park or going on adventures outdoors. She currently has two dogs, two cats, and a guinea pig to care for at home.
